In this episode of STODID, I interview with Scott Blackmer. Scott presents some legal concepts distinguishing the "ownership" of one's digital identity information from the "control" of it. He concludes that a view of digital identity information as a "controlled substance" is perhaps a more accurate and informative perspective.
